Work is underway on a new project about the success I have achieved following a Keto / LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) lifestyle. Well they call it high fat but it’s more like high protein, to be honest.

Anyway, I lost 6.5 stone / 90 pounds in ten months just by limiting my carbs to just 20 grams a day and without having to exercise. It is the only lifestyle that has ever worked for me and I’m gonna start talking about my own experiences via a series of articles and videos.

Almost every day I receive questions from people who follow me across social media who have seen the results I have achieved. I struggle to reply to everyone so I thought it would be more helpful to blog and vlog about things and provide support and encouragement through a dedicated support group.

I know how difficult the struggle can be when trying to shift weight so I really want to try and help others in my spare time, not that I have a great deal.

As a result of working from home for more than two decades, I just ballooned from sitting on my arse at a desk all day and rarely leaving my house, unless it was for a few sherbets down the boozer!

I’ve always been a fussy eater and I was under the hospital as a kid for refusing to eat fruit and veg, something I still do today! A diet of meat and potatoes hasn’t really helped and neither has the Magners, a drink full of carbs and sugar. I tried for many years to shift the weight and I would yo-yo and eventually lose interest and give up. Limiting my carbs, however, has resulted in amazing results. I rarely feel hungry, the cravings have all gone and I feel so much better mentally.

My attempts have inspired others to lose weight and receiving their messages of success is a very rewarding feeling. Basically I want to continue helping others.

Keto / LCHF may not work for everyone but there are other options that we can discuss to see if they work for you.
