Am I Really *That* Interesting?
Posted by: | CommentsWhat I find highly amusing is the lengths some people go to to see what I’m talking about and doing in my life. Am I really that interesting?
The best kick I get is when those who rival KopTalk get their knickers in a twist over something I’ve said or done. I’m flattered that they waste their time on a nobody like me. You see I’m different, if I don’t like you, because admittedly we can’t all get along, I wouldn’t get emotionally involved with you by hating on you or wasting my time on you. Seriously, it’s the highest form of flattery to pay someone.
You’re so easy to hook. Winding you in has become a hobby of mine. You are my entertainment.
Oldham the ‘conman’ because he has a members website where people can support the site via an optional membership if they want to which saves me having to plaster the site in advertisements and also enables me to provide a free website for those unable to become a member or those who simply choose not to.
Allegation after allegation but unable to make any stick. Why is that? You know where I live, I use my real name. On the run but broadcasting daily lol. If it’s on the internet then it must be true… right? No of course not, what it means is someone is unable to compete with you fairly or accept that they are no longer welcome within our community because of their behaviour so instead they have to try underhand tactics and spout numerous lies in the hope of ‘bringing KopTalk down’.
How long have they been trying now? 4 years? 5 years? The outcome? They give me an extra reason to get up in an afternoon and another reason to walk with a smile from ear to ear. Because when someone goes to such lengths to attack you, it means you’re doing something right. When they stop, I know I’m no longer a threat, I’m no longer important. I’ll be finished the day they stop hurting.
When someone tries to knock me down it gives me even more strength to succeed and better myself and it’s no surprise that over the last 4 or 5 years, that’s exactly what I have done so to those of you out there that dislike me just because you’re butthurt, I’d just like to say a huge ‘THANKYOU!’.
If this wasn’t my job I’d never press a key over anyone but the fact that I’m paid to type this drivel makes it so much more satisfying.
Praise For Ryanair

Rob’s flight back to England was cancelled earlier in the week due to a strike by Air Traffic Controllers in France. Ryanair ensured that we were transferred onto the next flight that suited us, they didn’t force us onto the next flight that suited them.
There was also a return flight booked with them which would be missed because of the disruption and although Ryanair didn’t have to refund that flight, they did and allowed us to choose another day to return back instead.
All of the above without any charge and less than 10 minutes on the phone to the Ryanair customer services team in Ireland.
Ryanair do get beat-up pretty often but they’ve always been awesome with me so credit where credit is due.
Last year their CEO Michael O’Leary even wrote to me personally which was a nice touch.
You do get what you pay for so you can’t bitch and moan if you pay next to nothing for a flight but then expect the standards of those offered by British Airways long haul for example.
EasyJet were always my favourite airline and first choice even if I could find a cheaper flight but their prices are simply too high today in comparison to Ryanair.
Ryanair will continue to receive my custom as often as possible…. especially as they have the best looking cabin crew on the planet!
My Return To Scarborough
Posted by: | CommentsEarlier this month I returned to my home town of Scarborough, for the first time in several years. My only connection to the town now is my loved ones and friends.
The visit went really well. I got to meet up with the lads and the reception they gave me was out of this world. I was really looked after. They’re good people.
What concerned me about the trip was just how run down Scarborough has become. It had been in decline for years. I guess the biggest hit to towns like Scarborough were the introduction of cheap package holidays. All the main attractions are gone, building demolished and visitors replaced with more low-life Chav scumbags than ever before.
While in Scarborough, for the first time ever, I actually felt intimidated at times. In areas that were previously quite nice, it felt like walking through a mobile episode of the Jeremy Kyle show. I’ve been more relaxed in major cities.
“She told me she’d got rid of it,” muttered one hoody as he referred to his future son or daughter.
Every young woman I saw was dragging kids around. Nowt wrong with that but sadly the generation today know that if they have a kid, they’ll be looked after well by the state.
Seeing my old local boarded up was sad. I’ve had many a good day and night in there I can tell ya. It was such a strong ‘locals’ pub that it makes you wonder where they’ve all gone.
I always joke about how miserable people look back home and how stressed out they are but having freezed my nuts off for a week straight in the place, I can see why. How I used to live there I’ll never know.
I feel for the people back home. They deserve so much more. Scarborough could be a little gold mine but sadly, none of the suits share the same opinion as me.
Good people, nice scenery, shit decisions by those in power.
